This section presents low income cut-offs, low income rates and depth of low income for individuals and households. Two low income indicators were selected: the Low Income Measure (LIM) and the Market Basket Measure (MBM). Data are presented from 1996 and are taken from Statistics Canada’s Survey of Labour and Income Dynamics.
